A Warlord's Attack on "Fake News"

Orwellian billboards adorned Monrovia, Liberia, in the time of Charles Taylor. He was convicted in 2012 of war crimes. While in power, Taylor did everything he could to hinder the free press, which, sadly, has become all too common in the current era of aspiring despots. Perhaps Twitter has made the need for billboards obsolete.
